We used Experience Appraisers for the second time this year for a new appraisal.

Last year we had one but did decide to wait one more year for the sale of our home so our tenant could qualify.

We were very happy with both appraisals that permitted us to decide in a fair price for the transaction with our already 11 years tenants.
